Introducing Andrew Shortman Chef and Owner of no. 21Born and trained in the West Country Andrew's career has spanned 20 years gaining experience in a number of high profile London and West Country establishments, achieving AA red rosettes over the past 11 years. His philosophy is straightforward: the very best of local ingredients are the basis for the flavours of his creative cuisine. No 21 is now introducing private dinning 7 evenings a week for numbers of 15 or more.
